Welcome to Novelwave! By using the Novelwave iOS application, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the App.

By downloading, installing, or using Novelwave, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the Application

  • • You are responsible for ensuring that the audiobooks you import into the App are DRM-free and that you have the legal right to use and access them.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • • All trademarks, logos, and other proprietary information related to the App are owned by the developer of Novelwave.
  • • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without explicit written consent.

4. User Responsibility

  • • You are solely responsible for the content you import and manage within the App.
  • • The developer of Novelwave is not liable for any content that violates copyright laws or third-party rights.

5. Limitation of Liability
